Dear Lucero Families, 

Welcome to the 2023 - 2024 school year! We are excited about all the possibilities this school year has to offer. 

At Lucero Elementary School, we are innovative and creative. We seek to provide the best educational experiences for our scholars. We aim for joy and rigor within each subject and lesson. We also partner with many different arts and sports organizations so that our scholars gain more experience and knowledge about the world while developing their talents. 

In order for our scholars to achieve their greatest potential, we know that partnering with families is of the utmost importance. That is why we are planning to host a variety of events throughout the year. These events will provide you with time to explore what our Lucero scholars are learning. This year, we are particularly excited to host Lucero Family Discovery Days, which are opportunities for you to visit your child’s class! 

We are looking forward to seeing you at our many parent events, such as Coffee with the Principal, and hearing your ideas about different ways in which our school could continue its success!  Together, we will make sure that our scholars shine like the superstars they are!
